Objective: 

To evaluate the current workplace culture by identifying strengths, challenges, and opportunities  for improvement in areas such as leadership, communication, collaboration, inclusivity, values alignment, and employee morale. 

Key Deliverables: 

  • Lead initial consultation regarding the topics to focus on
  • Develop areas of inquiry for employees, designed to elicit neutral, positive, and/or constructive feedback on each topic
  • Interview members of the leadership team to obtain their input on the areas of focus
  • Conduct 1:1 interviews with a cross-section of employees from relevant areas of the organization
