Registration is now open for the annual Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) trainings for EEO Professionals. These programs, for which Judy Kalisker has volunteered to serve on the faculty for more than 20 years, include the following topics:
The investigation training helps EEO professionals identify and develop the skills needed to conduct effective internal discrimination complaint investigations, and it includes a “mock” investigation so participants can practice the skills as they learn them.
The first training of 2024, “Conducting Internal Discrimination Complaint Investigations,” will be held virtually from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm on February 1, 6, 8, 13, and 15.
